We’ve not been together for a long time. It’s absolutely urgent to get together and talk about creativity in education. Blas, Mamen and Rosa are going to Greece in a couple of weeks. Therefore, we must talk about their topic and help them to get ideas about how to use and expand creativity in our school.
Here you can find more information about the course which our fellows will attend.
The scope of this course is
Develop creativity skills through creative writing, story-telling, comics, animation, digital media and video art in education.
Wi will start our next session watching an influential speech by Sir Ken Robinson. Sir Robinson is a British author, speaker and international advisor on education in the arts to government, non-profits, education and arts bodies. His talk is entitled «Do schools kill creativity?».
We could discuss questions such as «What do we need the creativity for?», «How can we develop creativity in our pupils?», «What kind of tools or methods help us to make our classes more creative?» Any other question or item are welcomed. Please, be free to suggest your own ideas.
See you on Monday at 4:30 pm.
